9 miles! In  the beautiful 5:30 am moonlight. Headwind anytime I turned East towards Spanish Fork Canyon. Got to my usual 6 miles (as of late) and felt good enough so I kept going. Just after my watched clicked over to 8 miles, my legs started to show signs that they weren't used to going this far anymore. But I kept at it until 9 clicked over. Feeling good that I can still run a semi longer distance. Paces weren't stellar or anything. But right now, that doesn't really matter a lot to me. I passed by an older man twice, who was CRUISING. I've seen him the other mornings this week as well. Next time I am going to be daring and ask him if I can run with him this spring. I am going to need a training partner to push me. He seems nice enough, I am not afraid to ask.

btw- in case you didn't know, Merri and Sue are both preggers.

Good to see you hitting the moonlight - I wimped out and hit the CheeseWheel. Stay after it!
