On a mission brothers and sisters on the FRB. I ate so much on memorial day that I am afraid of turning into this:[9516_1185525608626_1542863016_30508967_802363_n.jpg]I declare this month no sugar and low carbs month.  wish.   me.   luck.

No running or anything else today. Julie was kind enough to watch my kids yesterday. I don't  feel so great when I don't get moving in the morning. BTW- my daughter just leaned over and looked at me doing this post and said "Mom that's a big fatty man, can I see his face?". ha!

No sugar and low carbs doesn't sound like fun at all. With all of the working out you do I think you deserve at least some sugar and carbs every day. It won't hurt you.

Lily, thanks for the heads up about Burt talking about me somewhere other than my or his blogs. I'll get him back.

If your daughter wants to see a picture of the guy's face, just show her my profile pic. I photoshoped it so I don't look so, um, fatty I think is the word she used. :-)

I was going to post a link to the Urban Dictionary with my post on Burt's blog about the song meanings, but then reconsidered. That site, although very educational when wondering what your teenagers (or song lyrics) are talking about, can be a little too extreme for some people. lol

BTW, my 10 year old son's new name for his "package" is his "pump." I'm still trying to figure that one out, but I'm not sure I want to.
