Ran 9 miles. Lifted some circuit weights, did abs for a couple minutes. wam bam done.

This morning I got to sleep in till 6:35, I only ran 6 miles today. I did do the eliptical for 17 minutes. Then it was home. My hubby is home today to have a famous surgery. I'm a little torn up over it. :(

Ran 8 miles this morning. It was a great run. Jumped on an eliptical after wards for about 12 minutes.

Just to change things up, I worked out on the eliptical for 50 minutes, then I ran 4 miles.

9.25 miles running this morning and then 10 minutes on the eliptical. Circuit training, abs and then home. I get to starve for 7 hours today because I am having blood and urine drawn for life insurance. Sweet.

I go to a Highland Dancing class on Monday nights, so this morning my legs felt really sore and overworked. So I did the eliptical for an hour and 20 minutes- then I ran 2 miles. All in all, it was a 1 hour 35 minute cardio session. I did some pilates for abs when I got home.

So my daughter is being a terrible sleeper the last 2 weeks. Last night she woke me up at 3:10 am crying and using the bathroom. Then I couldn't sleep well after that. When the alarm went off at 4:20 I was a total zombie. I got up, got dressed and went out into our loft where my husband was laying (he couldn't sleep). I told him how tired I was. He said go back to bed, to which I said there was no way now.  Needless to say I cried all the way to the gym because I was so tired. But never fear, once there I felt so much better. I got the endorphins rolling and got to talk to my good friend Kira the whole time. When I left I felt so much better. I don't regret going. But tonight, ya, tonight I'm go to bed earlier so I can get extra rest for my weary bones.

Ran 4 miles in 29 minutes. I then did the eliptical for 1 hour. So 1 hour 30 minutes of cardio. I laughed myself silly with my friends Kira and Jessica today. I did abs when I was done. Lifted free weights at home.

No running or workout on Friday. I had to do a late afternoon workout Saturday because shawn was at a scout function all morning. It really made me appreciate getting a workout out of the way in the morning. I  ran 8 TM miles. The snow is depressing.

I ran 4.75 today very tiredly. I gave up at that point and did the eliptical for about 40 more minutes after that.

Ran 5.50 this morning in 40 minutes. Then it was to the elipitcal again for another 35 minutes. Did abs and then lifted for shoulders.

This morning I ran 7.50 I was sweaty betty for sure. I did the eliptical for about 15 minutes too. Worked on abs.

Oh what a beautiful morning! I ran 8 today. Seriously considering running the Utah Valley 1/2 marathon. Maybe the  5k would be more fun?

Today I fizzled under the fatigue so bad. I ran 4 miles in 29, took a break and went to the eliptical. Stayed there for 10 minutes, went back to the tread and ran 4 more. Hard time working out,should've just stayed in bed this morning.

Today I ran 5, went to my old friend eliptical and did that for almost an hour. Good times and another tired workout. I don't sleep enough is the problem.

So mad! I have laryngitis and have had a low grade fever and dry cough, sore throat and NO VOICE. I didn't run today. I must be a looney because oh how I've missed it today.

10 mile tempo run this morning. Then worked on my abs.

Still have laryngitis. Was going to run outside but it felt a little to cold still. Ended up at the gym for a 6 mile run. I don't feel well but wanted to get some endorphins rolling anyways, so I don't regret my decisions to work out while sick.

I still don't feel well and so today was a struggle to workout again. Did 4 on the eliptical, 4 miles running on the treadmill. Maybe I'll do an extra workout later this afternoon.

This morning I didn't know I was going to run that far- I just kept going and going. I wanted to make it to 13 miles but I fizzled in the will power dept. I am happy with it though. I also did crunches at the gym, and again at home. Tomorrow I need to lift upper body and legs though. Keep the physique tight and strong.
