I lifted first thing this morning at the gym. Fatigued myself there before leaving to run outside. Got in 6.25 on the trail. I am happy to see my avg pace already dropping under 8. I did incorporate about 6 pick ups. Got my pace down to about 6 minutes. Played a game of 'catch me if you can' with 2 girls on the trail. I like to do this because it motivates me to find a faster groove. One girl I could tell had a great pace. I eventually was able to catch her after about a mile of chasing and pass. This helps me a lot every summer. I know it sounds funny but it works.

I really miss running with Merri and seesuerun. They run but are spoty hit and miss. I am not sure if they have a set schedule for running. Sue likes to weight lift more than run now.

Red hot pink chics tomorrow. Who wants to come run with us? It's all in the name of  fun and chatting and eating afterwards. WE meet at 6 and run up the Provo river trail. Come one peeps. Join us!

I miss running with merri and Sue too! We need to all start running together, I am getting so bored running all by my lonesome. The last two weeks have been crazy for me because I have my cousin staying with me but I would love start running with you a couple days a week Lily.

Great running this morning and I love the game!

Nothing like a little competitive spirit! Have fun with the RHPC tomorrow!
