Look at that measly number. 1.10 miles? That's all these legs could do. I am still recovering from TOU.

Never fear, I still worked on the eliptical for 1 hr and 25 minutes. So it's allllll goood.

Just a fun fact here. I've eaten like a horse this week and have still lost poundage. This is great news as my choice of food has been as follows: chocolate, chocolate, 4 giant cinnamon rolls, more chocolate and at least 3 cupcakes , a milkshake plus all the other regular old protein and food I normally eat. Better stop, I'm going down the path

I've been eating like crazy as well, but I'm not as fortunate as you, I've gained 8 lbs since Saturday. I really need to start running again.

Great job on the marathon last week. I can't believe that was your first one. Can't wait to see how you do in your next.

I love your choice of food. Good to see you back hitting it hard again. (Yes, 1:25 on the elliptical is hitting it hard) :)

Lily - I'm really getting sick of all these marathons you've been running lately. It's time for you to move on. :0)

You're supposed to do that BEFORE...it's called carb loading, isn't it? :)

Nice job on the recovery, eat up girl! You deserve it!

Lily, my philosophy for you would be, enjoy the treats. Not only do you deserve it after your awesome race - once you hit 35-40 you won't be able to do it anymore. I can't even eat a bite of that stuff anymore (and I was very skinny, naturally, until I was 37). Reminds me of a cartoon, this woman is standing there and there is a carton of ice cream and a bag of potato chips (with arms, legs, eyes, etc.) that come up to her and say, "are you Sally? we were told to go straight to her thighs" ;)

Hey, if you can still lose weight, I would keep enjoying the food! I gain major weight after a marathon AND I have no appetite. It is weird.
