Ran 6, in the dark on the trail. Passed a few runners, and a couple walkers. They look at me funny because I have a head lamp on. I don't get it, why wouldn't you want to to run in pitch black with a headlamp. Makes a huge difference in confidence. 

I am running %100 pain free!

On Tuesday night I almost got t-boned by a cyclist speeding down the hill. I wish I had been wearing a headlamp. It's like we always say at work, "Safety Third!"
