26.2- 3:09:03 (Boston Qualified and 1st marathon)
I'm Lily, and I love to do hard things.
2 min.on 6:15 pace 1 min off 7:40. Worked over!
5 miles fast. That was my only goal today -to get out & go fast. And hold whatever my fast is the whole run. Did it. 5 miles in 34 minutes.
Free weights, planks, ab drill, wall sits and burpees at home after
4.25 in 30 minutes
10 minutes of imtense elliptical intervals.
Of course river trail style. Love my morning runs. And esp loving Saturday runs these days!
