5.3 miles. 3.5 in my quad starting hurting again. Oh no! not again! - was all I could think.

Looks like I'll be banished to the elliptical for a bit to see if this problem can heal up. 2011 isn't my year for feeling good running.

I was supposed to run the Salem days 5k today. But I listened to the inner voice screaming inside my heart not to race today. So glad I didn't.

DANG! But, you are smart. You will take care of it and be back to speedy and killing the rest of us in no time.

So so sorry about the quad. :( I have found that foam rolling is the only thing that helps my quads. I will keep my fingers crossed for you!

Thanks you guys. I'm just going to rest up for the next few days and see how it goes. I am not sure what is going on. It happened during my long run Thursday morning.

I need to think positive....
