7 miles  7:15 avg pace and some core crunching. I like how I am spending less time in the gym by doing less talking. I feel more productive in my workouts.

Buffalo run tomorrow! If anybody is looking for something to do, you're welcome to come help me at my aid station. :)

It's funny how some days I don't mind chatting and other days I am feel like I just want to get in, get the work out done with and get out of there. ;) Too much at home to do I guess.
