8 miles on the river trail. Kept my pace what felt like easy.I actually felt really good considering yesterdays intervals. Im trying to pay more attention to how  I feel when I run each day, and document it. Im also going to get more consistent in running about the same mileage everyday. -which will be 8 miles a day, and a long run once a week.  I am also considering doing two a days a few times a week. just a short, very easy evening run.

sounds like a good plan Lily. good luck with the doubles. they're always worth the effort.

That's a great idea about documenting how you feel each day. That was what Bam was trying to get me to do more. I, probably like you, have a tendency to just go out and push through the workouts no mater what the body says. :-(
