9 miles on the tm. Progression run for the first 30 min. 1 min on/off's for 30 minutes. Last mile I ran at a 6:40 pace.  25 minutes elliptical. I was exiting the cardio area and I always get stopped to talk to someone. ( merri this was not you, I initiated that) This is becoming a problem. I don't want to be in the gym any longer than I have to. I need to learn to muzzle my mouth or avoid the cool peeps that want to chat. I need to find a way to get out of the cardio area that is sneaky so I am not stopped by others. I already walk all the way around first thing when I get there, so I can avoid a few people. Don't get me wrong, I love to talk and be friendly and social. But when you have limited time in the morning or you want to get more things in, it's just not feasible.I wanted to lift a little today and I didn't have time.

You can use the secret entrance I use when I come to spy on you guys.

I always have that problem too! But I'm usually the one initiating it, so I have no one to blame but myself. Maybe this is why I like to run easy on the TM and chat away - then I feel like I get both! :)

You should probably try wearing a luchador mask to the gym. Go full-on incognito. Not only will people think you're cool, but they'll know you're too tough to chat with. They will leave you alone, for sure.

Burt = officially creepy.

It's not official 'til I have a badge.

Having the Ragnar symbol shaved into your chest hair qualifies for a creepy badge. It's official.
