9 miles this morning. My feet have been hurting a bit. I think I might relax it a bit on my speed and distance. Just a little though :)

Oh. They used to live in Spanish Fork. I think they live in Provo now. Anyway, I just remember commenting on your FB once, and then somebody else did, so I clicked on them and noticed that we had a common friend in Jared. Jared and I were mish comps.
