Did 1 hour and 25 minutes on the elliptical.

My low back, legs, pelvis and adductors are already feeling much better. I was feeling like I was seesawing with a possible injury. So I have backed off for about 4-5 days, then I will start running again. It's not a big deal, I've done this before for longer stretches of time and it works for me. You don't lose speed or fitness. It stays the same. Good times.

Strength training for 20 minutes.

Smart woman. One of the major benefits I've found of having kept a running log over the years is that I can look back and see that no, injuries didn't kill me, and yes, I was able to get back to form quicker than I thought. Of course it always seems like forever when you're taking even a little time off. Way to rock the elliptical!

Neasts thanks for the support. I'll be good to go Monday. Unless I can't handle sitting around Sunday, I bet I head out for a short run ;)
