How is one expected to get up and run at 5 am when one has been woken up multiple times during the night? I have not a clue. I couldn't wake up this morning if my house was on fire.

 

 Maybe by this time tomorrow I will be contemplating this phrase ha

Nice and easy... I think you are right... Hair color products.. It's a go for powell - would you go upstream or down from BullFrog? Do you have to choose between the above phrase...

As far as upstream or down Oreo, can you really go wrong either way? Afterall, it is Lake Powell we're talking about

It feels pretty good actually, thanks for asking. The sprain doesn't hurt at all any more (as far as i can tell) and my peraneal tendonitis actually feels pretty good too.
