Carina I have some. I forgot about them honestly. I will put them on tonight and tomorrow. I am supposed to run hobble creek on Saturday. What a joke. I don't think I could even make it to the end. What a disaster.

My shin starting hurting after my long run last week. I pretty much lived in my compression socks for three days and I haven't had any pain since, so definitely give it a try. Injuries suck, I really am so sorry!!

I am so sorry Lily! I know that this is so frustrating but try not to get discouraged. Did the Doc put you on meds for the low thyroid?

Rachelle he did. It's called armour thyroid. My levels weren't super low, but still lower than normal. I've been taking it for 6 days and am noticing I feel a little better. I hope.

Burt lol! They don't get along very well on fb over politics at all. One of my other older sisters is a total dem and anti Mormon and she kinda clashes with him too.
