I'm pretty sore from Saturday. So no running. But I did manage 1 hr and 40 minutes of elliptical hell. Don't ask me how I mentally pulled that off. I don't remember much, I talked to Julie for a lot of it. So it took my mind off it.

Weights. I gotta start eating more clean again. I haven't been eating good for about 12 days and I can tell. I feel soft and a little pudgy. That sucks!

The McMillian calculator, which actually accurately predicted my marathon time for last year, predicted a 2:59 marathon for me this year. Oh I hope! St Geezy and me=sub 3. I'll try my best!

You can totally do it Lily! Your will power and determination will make it happen.

I am with you on the clean eating. I have been so bad lately.

Lastly you are my hero for enduring the elliptical that long. I do not for the life of me know how you can pull that off. :)

I can only imagine your legs would be sore, you were like a lightning bolt on hobble! How packed was the gym?

From Lily on Mon, Aug 22, 2011 at 12:03:41 from 67.199.178.210

The gym wasn't to bad Kira. Not bad at all. :)

Thanks Rachelle! I think I can do it too!

And yes I need to eat clean again. I have been naughty as can be. This can't go on everyday anymore. Ugh!

I definitely think you can get a 2:59 at st george. Have you looked at Sasha's race predictor? http://www.asksasha.com/predictor.php

I am trying to eat better too! Starting... NOW! I know you can get the time you want!

Merri I looked at that once about a year ago. I just checked again. It said 3:01. Well how about I try my hardest somewhere during the marathon to get that 2:59? :)

Kira I hate eating better though. Boo :)

Nothing tastes better then being skinny!

From Merri on Mon, Aug 22, 2011 at 14:05:38 from 160.7.252.148

only a 2 min difference so that means making each mile 4 seconds faster :)

You got it! Way to do more elliptical hell--it's definitely kept you fit!

Kira - I'm going to remember that "Nothing tastes better than being skinny."

I've eaten way too many sweets the last few weeks. It's like I want them and then BAM! their there. Why can't money come to me like that? or say a sub 3 hr marathon?
