I was the first one in the gym this morning. I ran 4 miles in 28 minutes. Then I did the eliptical for 45 minutes with my friend Kira. It went by fast because we chit chatted the whole time. Felt good. Happy new years. Here's to running some races and increasing my speed in 2010!!
