More elliptical hell this morning for 1 hr 25 minutes. Never fear, I am head out for a 3-4 mile run now. Yes I will vote afterwards.

Ran 3 miles at 9:30 am. I am crazy. Just crazy doing this much cardio. But I have had a rough last few days, it is the way I deal with things. And thus the cardio streak will continue on. My 3 miles were fast. My hip feels better so it will be back to a good 7 miler tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it.
