Ran 6.1 on the dreadmill this morning. Intermixed some speed work. Then I worked my core. I left, came home, put on my garmin, headphones and got my pepper spray and off I ran 7.1 around the river trail loop, twice and then some. avg pace 7:30

Dear Man with the cleft pallet and ADHD collie on the trail,

Then next time your dog jumps on the side of my leg and scratches me, you betcha, I'm gonna pepper spray him. I've been dealing with it all summer.

Lily, the only argument I have for you is that you should have sprayed that stupid dog long ago. Next time, don't wait for him to jump on you, spray him the second he gets close. If the owner isn't respectful enough to keep him on a leash and held back he deserves to be sprayed too. I think by law the dog has to be on a leash anyway. I can't stand owners who don't manage their dogs. Oh, and I don't really like dogs either, maybe that's why.

After I typed my report, I saw yours. Haha. I guess we both felt like typing letters to people/things that piss us off. We are so alike sometimes it's eerie. And yes, that dog bothers me almost every morning also. Just run super fast after you spray so none of it gets on you.
