Up all night...no energy...popped a caffeine pill at 5:30 and out the door. I was able to do 8.50 and I hit my old speed today (6:20). The caffeine helped but I was amazed that I was able to run like I used to. And no pain during or after. I feel things are the way they used to be.To the avg. blogger this isn't a big deal, for me this is a big deal.

Weights and worked core.

Oh April, I have Bonnie's waterproof MP3 case to send you. Can you private message me your address and I'll pop it in the mail?
