1 hr 30 min ellitpical hell.

PT last night consisted of more cracking and pushing my rotated SI joint back into place. electrotherapy,  massage, heat, then ice. I didn't run on the treadmill because I still have some minor discomfort. Wed. session might be in the pool running underwater. Weird and cold.

It is getting really hard being on the blog. Makes me sad for what I can't do.

:(

I know it really sucks, but hang in there. Keep doing the PT and I know you will be back soon.

Nice work on the elliptical.

Stay strong Lily! You are doing great. We all go through the period of no running and we all know it SUCKS! So, hang in there you'll be back soon.

Keep it up Lily! It just takes determination! And you've definitely got that! All of the best runners on here have seemed to go through some sort of injury/recovery period. And it seems like they all came back better!

Don't be a baldnspicy and turn your blog off while you're injured!

From Lily on Wed, Jan 26, 2011 at 11:22:26 from 67.199.181.73

haha! Allie nice gift. I am stoked!

Thanks ya'll. I know I just need to be patient but shoot, 18 days without running seems like a long time to me. I am used to busting out 10-12 milers as a daily avg. So hard.

Every now and then I get a twinge in my glutes that tells me it's not all the way healed. I keep thinking, how long will this take? sheesh.
