20 min elliptical. 5 miles of sprint on offs -held them for one minute each. Worked legs in the weights, then box jumps and some core work before I left home.

How in the world do you get so much mileage with out hurting? I must be doing something wrong... anything above 25 for the week and something happens...You see me run.. Is my form off? Better shoes? Bad knees? I'm ready to start running outside...I don't like fighting over treadmills. What do I do? Btw.. nice work out! :)
