22 min elliptical, then ran 5 miles very sluggishly. My lungs burned so bad. Not a good day.

Weights -worked chest half arse because all the benches, machines and cables were taken. It was hard to get on anything. ppphhhhft.

I hate crowded weight areas. Just be glad you aren't at my gym! The area is small and stuffy and there is constantly about 20 people squeezing in there. It stinks! Literally!!

Nice job on the workout Lily, you are sick still, right? 5 miles sluggish is great for feeling like you want to go to bed. Most of us would have! :)

The gym is seriously so annoying right now. Wow I can hardly handle it.
