Just think how fast you'd be if you ran with both feet.

:) I've gotta know how that happens!

it's the funniest thing. I was running down 800 north, and it's under mondo construction. I veered to the left at a corner to dodge a car, and ran across what looked like dry dirt. WRONG. Thick mud, and my foot sunk to the bottom. Oh but it gets better. I ran across the grass at our new splash pad park, total swamp. That added more mud. It slung up into my butt and back. Off roading I tell ya.

ha ha oh, I bet you were loving that. Especially at the butt crack of dawn in the morning too. Funny.

Hahaha. That's amazing that it's only the one shoe. That's awesome.

Oh that stinks. Nothing worse than running w/ swamp foot. :) And believe me I know...I run with swamp feet every day.

It was your own personal steeple chase :) Nice work Lily! I love it, way to add adventure to the normal ol' routine!

Those look like a new pair of running shoes too! Dang! I hate it when they finally look worn in! I love wearing new, clean shoes! ha....not that I am wearing any these days.

From seeaprilrun on Wed, Sep 07, 2011 at 20:04:15 from 205.172.12.230

Ah man no more new look for that pair of shoes. I'm glad you told the story because I couldn't figure out how only one shoe got it.

From JulieC on Thu, Sep 08, 2011 at 00:25:12 from 67.41.188.152

okay I thought it was the fact that you put on two DIFFERENT shoes at 5am because the shoes NO LONGER look alike. I was like "how long did it take Lily to figure out she had two different running shoes on? she must have been really tired." but nope totally a different story. sorry about the shoe.
