7.5 on river trail 1 and 2 again. So so nice out. Avg pace is dropping and I realized once again, that if I am not with anyone and not talking (which I love btw) I can hit faster paces without getting breathless. My fitness already feels much improved. Wow it does that kind of fast. I am always kind of amazed.

You have such a strong base of miles, so I'm not surprised that your fitness feels improved. You will do very well at your half coming up.
