75 minutes Elliptical. Weights.

5.4 running on the river trail. avg pace 7:47 Everything feels okay today in the quad. Just a touch sore. Hopefully it continues to improve and get better. I've been using and electrical current machine on it for 3 nights now. I think it's helping speed healing.

Yay for running!! And I have no idea how you spend 75 minutes on the elliptical? You are amazing. Someday I will make it past 20 minutes on that blasted device.

Nice work Lily. I'm glad that quad is treating you well and healing quickly. Where did you get one of those electrical current machines? I've oft wished I had one!!

OREO our brotha Bryan Wood let me use it weeks ago. He said I can use it as long as I want. Lucky me!
