I gained 10 lbs during Jan Feb when I got injured. I don't like that extra 10 lbs at all. I am more comfortable where I am right now :) You are sweet!

Lily, tell me your diet so I can follow. I really need to shed these extra 20 lbs. The harder I try, the more I eat and the more I gain. I am so horrible at self discipline.

Dale, I am eating SUPER DUPER CLEAN! It's hard, takes about 2-3 days to fight off cravings and then it goes away and your body starts pulling from fat stores and you melt. LOL serious.

The cut diet. I think you can google it. I did it last summer for my marathon as well. But every 4th day you have to carb cycle (eat more carbs) so your metabolism doesn't drop. I am leading my metabolism around by the nostril right now. It's awesome. I can manipulate it to do whatever. I am burning fat like crazy. Between Tues and today I lost 3.5 lbs. no lie. Good times. It
