Ran 10 miles this morning. An erie thing happened. I got to 6.2 miles (10k) in 46.09 -this is the exact time I got at the speedy spaniard last summer- the exact time WEIRD! Anywho, this is the longest I have run at one time since the beginning of December when the foot thing started. It's doing well and I'm so excited about it. I have lost just a little bit of stamina. You loose it so quick if your not running steady every week. I've missed it.
