So I checked to see what the high knees machine is called. It's called an archtrainer. Whatever it's name is, I am hooked for now. I get a SUPER DUPER cardio workout! I did it for an hour again today- then the elipitcal for 30 min. I actually did some circuit lifting for 15 min before I did my cardio to shock my body by switching things up. I love playing tricks on my body. I get back at it for all those times it's let me down. ha ha  :)   I know I haven't been running for a couple days, but I will again someday (totally kidding).  I just think my body is tired of running so much everyday. I really felt it screaming to do something different for awhile and so I have. No regrets. I will still run my 13 miler on Saturday. :)  yehaaww

Great workout!

You should try hiking some peaks. :) It's a good way to mix things up.

Lyns it's all good. We can do it whenever you want to.

Scott I would love to hike some peaks. But I don't know anyone who does and I would never go alone. Yikes!
