This morning I didn't know I was going to run that far- I just kept going and going. I wanted to make it to 13 miles but I fizzled in the will power dept. I am happy with it though. I also did crunches at the gym, and again at home. Tomorrow I need to lift upper body and legs though. Keep the physique tight and strong.
