Weights, shoulders. Yes I am still lifting, just less reps. I am getting done quicker and have longer to run! yay!

Ran 8.5, I did walk about another .5 but I didn't count that in my mileage since I wasn't 'running'. Round down is what I always say! :)

I always say "round up to the nearest 10 mile increment". Really helps get the miles in. :0

haha. Nice way of thinking. I like to round down so that it when it comes to the race day or event, I know I prepared as well as I could have and more since I round down. make sense? You feel me, I know you will!

Dude, I need to do another run with ya'll again. Fun times.

No swears on your blog this week. Hmmm. You know, words like crap. That's a good word. It's a good word. It's a very good word.

You know, Sasha counts his steps to the mailbox and dropping off his kids at the bus stop as mileage. If you really cared about numbers instead of enjoying running you would too. Slacker.

I count walking miles a lot, but then again, I am usually walking up something too steep to run. ha.

I've wondered lately about vertical miles. If I have run/hiked up over 5300 feet that is one mile of 'up', so should I count that? Think of how many extra miles those poor suckers running W100 are doing over 100.
