Burt you had better watch it on the back fat there. Looking kinda droopy. Is that a strap you're wearing? Hard to say!

Today my alarm didn't go off . I woke up at 5:55 and jumped up. I ended up just running the river trail loop 2 times 7 miles total. My endurance just wasn't there this morning. It was terrible. Red hot pink chicks 1/2 on Saturday? ha ha I don't think so, I have no faith. I will crash and burn.

*pm update* Ran 4 miles up the river trail and then I walked a mile with Lynsey and our friend Chalene. It was to funny.  Avg. pace 7:18

What's wrong with my back fat? Nothing a little cosmetic surgery can't fix. And it looks like I accidently shaved my nipple off whilst manscaping.
