Ran 8 miles this morning. My ankle still doesn't look quite right. Hope it all heals fully. 

My stamina is not the same. The week off was indeed harsh!

 

*****PM Update***  3.5 mile run at 8 pm. It was so fun dodging bugs and hiding from freaks driving by honking/whistling etc. Jerks.

Burt it's just a little swollen still. Like a little smaller than a golf ball around the round part of the ankle bone.

It's weird. I guess time will tell.

I'm sure the swelling will go down. I sprained my ankle really bad three years ago and there is still discoloration. It feels fine though.

Oh........hahahahaha it worked!Okay, so the ear rings are actually super lightweight. I can barely tell when I have them on.
