I have a little sore throat and my lower back is a bit achy. Why now?

Other than that, stoked to run my first marathon tomorrow! Bring it on!

Good luck. I often seem to get sore throats right before a marathon so hang in there.

Phantom pains. They don't mean anything. Put it out of your mind.

OK, key ingredients for success: 1. Eat a good breakfast tomorrow. 2. Have something warm to wear prior to the start, its chilly up there. 3. Get some good sleep tonight. I hope you are staying up there. 4. Have fun!!!

I agree with Jun, phantom pains...most everyone feels like crap the day before a race and has the jitters and doubts. You will do great in your debut!

Good luck Lily! I can't wait to read your report because I know you are going to kill it. Soak up that vibe and kill it.

Also a little known tip.. a little shot of JD to calm things down a bit or heat them up! Have a great race!!
