Ran 2 miles this morning in 26 degrees. I know everyone would be proud of me. I don't like running in the cold and today I did it. This is an accomplishment for me even if it was only 2. :)

I would have run longer but my delicious strawberry french toast was calling me home!

Weights -chest day. Then 3 sets of plyo's.

Elliptical for 50 minutes.

Weights-lats. I walked away feeling like I should have worked harder. Oh well..

Ran 2 miles at an easy 8 min pace. Then a little over 3 miles of on off hiit sprinting. Sore rear, but what is new-

Ran about 8 miles with Julie. Did a couple of weights afterwards on my legs. I think I am shifting back to running more. I am kind of sick of weights being my main focus. I miss the run!

8 miles. 

worked triceps and biceps. Less reps. I got done quick.

Weights, shoulders. Yes I am still lifting, just less reps. I am getting done quicker and have longer to run! yay!

Ran 8.5, I did walk about another .5 but I didn't count that in my mileage since I wasn't 'running'. Round down is what I always say! :)

4.75 miles of sprint on/offs. I love sprint days.

20 min of elliptical. 

Olympic Trials has been very inspiring to watch. I can't wait to race in 2012!
